As Director of Marketing and Brand Development, Serkan brings consumer and cultural insights together to develop and hone transformational branding ideas. With a diverse background in Advertising / Public Relations and International Business, and Communications and Design, he draws upon multiple disciplines to identify key consumer trends and develops campaigns that emotionally connect with target audiences.

Prior to aptsandlofts.com, Serkan was responsible for Strategic Brand Development at a select brand incubation agency The Kind Group, and worked on a diverse group of innovation projects ranging from consumables to durables, and the commercialization and branding of eos Products.

Serkan has crafted compelling campaign strategies, developed and led innovative approaches to consumer research, and engaged in creative direction and product design, and collaborated with brand strategists and leading agencies on a wide variety of projects including: brand identity and voice, packaging, interactive design.

Serkan’s prior work experience includes working at Brooklyn Industries, the revolutionary Brooklyn based apparel design and lifestyle brand. Serkan also had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most select high-end brands including the Japanese fashion house ISSEY MIYAKE, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, and Hillside Tourism and Leisure Group.
